If you are looking for a deeper clean, we do offer a larger range of services as well as offering bundled items on our deep cleaning packages. These are especially helpful after a home project has been done or if you are moving into or out of a house, condo or apartment. We also offer office cleanings as well.

  • Clean and dust baseboards, wood work, stair rails, edging, pictures, lampshades, blinds, top of window treatments and ledges

    Remove cobwebs

    Dust air vents and ceiling fans

    Cloth dust all furniture and shelves

    Dust knickknacks and decor

    Clean mirrors and glass tables

    Clean glass entryway doors and windows

    Clean finger prints off switches

    Empty wastebaskets

  • Clean and disinfect all washable surfaces

    Clean outside of appliances

    Clean inside and outside of microwave

Whether you are moving out of a place or just need a fresh start, our deep cleaning services have you covered. In addition to the regular cleaning services, deep cleans add cleaning windows, dusting blinds, cleaning doors, wiping baseboards by hand, interior cabinets (when empty), and more. FAQs

Insurance

Wagners Cleaning Company maintains proper liability coverage per Michigan law. A Certificate of Insurance may be provided upon request.

Payment for services

We accept cash, checks and credit card payments. Payment is due at time of service.

People & Pets

We are a people and pet friendly company. If anyone or pets are in the home during the cleaning, we ask that activity be limited for cleaning efficiency and safety.

We do not clean litter boxes, fish tanks, reptile cages or bird cages.

Client Key(s)

Client keys are stored in a secured location. Upon termination/cancellation of services, we shall return any client keys in our possession no later than 48 hours from termination.

Many clients prefer to provide a garage or door code.

Breakage or Damage

While an occurrence is rare, we acknowledge that is a possibility of breakage or damage as we clean. Our staff is required to report any incident to our office immediately and to leave Client a note advising of such an occurrence.
